Amigos AI Inc, a Delaware corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the VoicePod mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

1. Our Core Commitment: On-Device Processing

VoicePod is designed from the ground up for privacy. All text-to-speech synthesis and voice cloning runs entirely on your device. No audio recordings, voice profiles, text content, or generated speech is ever transmitted to our servers or any third party. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your content.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• Voice recordings or voice profiles
• Text, PDFs, EPUBs, or any content you import or paste
• Generated audio output
• Biometric data (voiceprints are created and stored only on your device)
• Personal information, names, email addresses, or account credentials
• Location data
• Usage analytics or tracking data

VoicePod does not require an account or sign-up. We have no mechanism to identify individual users.

3. Subscription & Payment Data

If you purchase a VoicePod Pro subscription, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat, Inc. as a subscription management platform. RevenueCat receives anonymized transaction data from Apple (such as subscription status and a random subscriber identifier) to manage entitlements. We do not receive your name, payment method, or billing address.

4. Voice Data & Biometric Information

When you use the voice cloning feature, VoicePod processes your audio recording to create a voice profile (a mathematical representation of vocal characteristics). This voice profile:

• Is created and stored only on your device
• Is never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with us or any third party
• Can be deleted at any time from within the App (Settings → My Clones → swipe to delete)
• Is removed entirely when you delete the App

We do not collect, receive, store, or have access to any biometric data, voiceprints, or audio recordings.

5. On-Device Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• Voice profiles you create (in the App’s sandboxed Documents directory)
• Generated audio files and playback sessions
• Imported documents (PDFs, EPUBs)
• App preferences (selected voice, playback speed)

All locally stored data is deleted when you uninstall the App. You can also delete individual voice profiles and playback sessions from within the App at any time.

6. Children’s Privacy

The voice cloning features of VoicePod are intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you may use the text-to-speech features with default voices under parental supervision, but you should not use the voice cloning feature.

7. Third-Party Services

VoicePod does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service involved is RevenueCat for subscription management, which operates on anonymized data as described in Section 3.

8. Data Security

Because all data processing occurs on your device and we do not collect or transmit personal data, the risk of data breaches from our end is eliminated. Your data is protected by your device’s built-in security features including device passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, and iOS sandboxing.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, delete, or port. You have full control over all data stored on your device and can delete it at any time.

10. California Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. Because VoicePod does not collect, store, or sell any personal information, there is no data to disclose, delete, or opt out of. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

11. International Users

VoicePod processes all data on your device and does not transfer any data internationally. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that the App is operated from the United States. Because we do not collect or transmit personal data, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) data transfer provisions do not apply. However, we respect your privacy rights under applicable local laws.

12. Do Not Track

VoicePod does not track users across websites or apps. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not engage in any tracking whatsoever.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
